For the past 12 years, Sophie has been a key figure at Bibendum Wine Co., one of Australia's top importers and distributors of fine wine. As their National Sales & Education Manager and Senior Buyer, she has become an expert in both sales and product selection. Her career began as a sommelier, a role she held for a decade in both Australia and abroad before transitioning to wine imports.

A WSET Diploma holder, Sophie's expertise is supported by regular travel. She makes annual buying trips to Europe's major wine regions and travels monthly to visit Australian producers, ensuring she is always on the pulse of the industry.
