Meet Jeremy Nascimben - 2025 LET Scholar
Originally from Griffith NSW, the whole wine scene was a large part of Jeremy’s childhood, as he would spend countless hours on weekends and time after school at the winery with his father, who was a Winery Engineer at the time.
After too long, Jeremy quickly realised a passion for all things wine, and decided to embark on the winemaking journey, completing a double degree in Winemaking and Viticulture at CSU Wagga Wagga, and soon thereafter, travelling the world undertaking vintages in New Zealand, Canada, France and Germany, before settling down back in Griffith with Calabria Family Wines for over 12 years, learning and applying his trade along the way.
In late 2022, the winds of change came calling, moving to the Canberra District with Four Winds Vineyard, and more recently with Mount Majura Vineyard, focussing on cool climate Iberian styles, together with the Canberra District stalwarts of Riesling and Shiraz.
