Meet Monica Gray - 2025 LET Scholar

Monica is a passionate winemaker dedicated to showcasing and celebrating the cool climate region of Orange. Having led the winemaking team at See Saw Wine since 2021, Monica has brought her collaborative and considered approach to all her roles. 

After graduating with a Bachelor of Wine Science from Charles Sturt University, Monica gained winemaking experience across Orange, Canberra and Mudgee, and completed overseas vintages in Rheinhessen and the Northern Rhone. Monica is a natural collaborator and contributes widely to the broader community. 

She has been a regular judge at regional and capital city wine shows, is an alumni of Wine Australia's Future Leaders program, a former Board Director of the Australian Society of Viticulture and Oenology, served on regional associations, and is a strong advocate and supporter for early career professionals in the industry. 

Monica is incredibly excited to embark on the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of LET, and looks forward to tasting and learning alongside tutors and fellow scholars.
